WATERS SOUTH OF JAPAN (Nov. 19, 2015) Seaman Stephen Smith, from Dallas, fires an M500 12-gauge shotgun during a live-fire practical weapons course aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76).
