“On behalf of the Dallas Bar Association we express our deepest condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Judge Phyllis Lister Brown who lost her courageous battle with cancer yesterday. We wish them much strength in these difficult times. Judge Lister Brown was a long-time member of the Dallas Bar Association and will always be remembered as a hard-working and respected jurist, and for her unwavering dedication to the citizens of our county. We have lost a fine public servant.”
