NGAN and Friendship West hosting community conversation Sunday night

Community ConversationNext Generation Action Network (NGAN) was the lead Dallas protest organizers on Thursday. NGAN and Friendship West Baptist Church are hosting a community conversation on Sunday, July 10 at 6 p.m. The event is at Friendship West Baptist Church located at 2020 W. Wheatland Road in Dallas.

NGAN’s website describes the organization as a multi-cultural, non-profit, founded in August of 2014. Their mission is to lobby for social change and equality for all regardless of race, religion, nationality, gender or age.

The protest organized by NGAN on Thursday, by all accounts, was peaceful until gunshots rang out. The tragic murder of 12 innocent lives was not condoned by NGAN. Dominique R. Alexander, NGAN president this week emphasized the group, “does not condone violence against any human being, and we condemn anyone who wants to commit violence.”
