dallasWomenThe Line of Duty Fund of The Dallas Foundation has been formed and is now accepting donations to support those Dallas Police Department and DART transit officers, including their families, affected by last night’s shootings during the peaceful protest in Downtown Dallas. To make a donation, please go to www.dallasfoundation.org.

Below is a statement from The Dallas Foundation:

“Our hearts are saddened by the loss of five Dallas police officers and the additional six injured during last night’s peaceful protests in Downtown Dallas. We extend our deepest condolences to the families of those who were lost, and to the Dallas Police Department and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) communities.

The Dallas Foundation is exploring ways that we can continue to be of assistance to our city as our community reflects on ways to come together and heal following this tragic event.”
