Cell phone video has again captured an unarmed Black man shot by police. Charles Kinsey is a behavior therapist who was attempting to calm down an autistic patient who was sitting in the street with a toy truck. When the police arrived Kinsey reportedly kept his arms in the air and you can hear him trying to explain the situation to the police and also trying to keep his patient calm.

Then he was shot. After he was shot, instead of medical attention, Kinsey was handcuffed and left on the ground. When he asked the cop why he shot him, Kinsey claims the cop said, “I don’t know.”
