“I am excited about what this diverse and talented group can accomplish, and I am incredibly grateful for their willingness to serve,” Mayor Johnson said. “I am confident they will help make Dallas safer and stronger.”

The task force’s first meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Sept. 9, 2019, at St. Luke Community United Methodist Church, 5710 E. R. L. Thornton Freeway, Dallas, TX 75223. The three co-chairs will announce subsequent meetings at a later date.
