DART Makes It Easy to Get Out and Vote

On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) will make voting easier. The agency will offer free rides to polling locations across North Texas on Election Day.

DART supports civic engagement and aims to remove transportation barriers. Therefore, all DART buses, trains, and related services will operate free of charge throughout the day.

Free Rides Include

Free travel applies to the following services:

  • DART Buses and Trains

  • Silver Line

  • GoLink

  • Dallas Streetcar

  • Paratransit Services

  • Trinity Railway Express (TRE) between EBJ Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station

To ride for free, simply show your voter registration card to the DART operator or fare officer. Meanwhile, GoLink riders can enter the promo code VOTENOV4 in the GoPass app to redeem a complimentary Adult Local Day Pass.

Election information and polling locations are organized by county. Thus, voters can find their nearest center below:

  • Collin County: Plano, Richardson, Carrollton

  • Dallas County: Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Richardson, Rowlett, University Park

  • Denton County: Carrollton

  • Ellis County: Glenn Heights

Getting to the Main Dallas County Vote Center

For those heading to the Dallas County Elections Training/Warehouse Facility at 1460 Round Table Drive, DART makes access easy. Riders can take Bus Route 207 to Regal Row @ King James – W – NS, which is only a short walk from the facility.
