Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth Negotiates Two Lease Transactions | Rockefeller Group Pre-Leases 39,310 SF in McKinney

DALLAS — Rockefeller Group and Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth announced two leases. The deals total 39,310 square feet at McKinney Commerce Center in McKinney, Texas. The transactions account for more than half of Building A’s 75,436 square feet.

Moreover, McKinney Commerce Center features three Class A industrial buildings totaling 319,347 square feet. Spaces can be divided down to 14,442 square feet. Elliott Electric Supply, a national distributor of electrical parts, leased 23,538 square feet. An undisclosed national company secured 15,772 square feet.

Brett Lewis and Taylor Stell of Lee & Associates represented Rockefeller Group in both transactions. Nick Lee of NAI Robert Lynn represented Elliott Electric Supply. Danny Stimson of Colliers International represented the undisclosed tenant.

Additionally, Rockefeller Group praised the early leasing success as a sign of strong industrial demand. “We’re excited to announce these two pre-leases,” said Brett Lewis. “Securing these commitments early shows the strength of McKinney’s market.”
He added, “Vacancy rates near five percent and rising rents signal continued growth into 2026.”

“Rockefeller Group is pleased to lease more than 39,000 square feet this early,” said Cavanaugh Adams. “There has been significant interest since wall panels were raised months ago.”
Adams noted that the team aims to continue leasing momentum through project completion later this year.

Finally, both companies will move in after Building A’s completion. The property offers 32-foot clear heights, 60-by-40 column spacing, and 96 parking spaces. McKinney Commerce Center also provides highway visibility with direct access to Interstate 75, just two miles from Highway 380 and six miles from Highway 121.
