FOREST HILL – Members of Teamsters Local 767 have overwhelmingly ratified a new Refresco Teamsters contract, with 93 percent voting to approve the agreement. The strong margin highlights solid support among workers across multiple departments at the beverage company.
The 135 Teamsters employed at Refresco work in machine operations, forklift operations, batching tech, quality assurance, shipping and receiving, sanitation, and maintenance. The new agreement reflects months of organizing, preparation, and determination from members and leadership.
“This contract reflects the strength and solidarity of Refresco Teamsters,” said Jeff Padellaro, Director of the Teamsters Brewery, Bakery, and Soft Drink Conference. “Our members never backed down from this hard-fought campaign. They were determined and united to win a strong Teamsters contract, and that is exactly what they achieved.”

Local 767 President Dave Reeves praised members for the commitment they showed throughout negotiations. “I’m proud of our members’ willingness to put everything on the line to fight corporate greed,” Reeves said. “Together, they were able to secure the record-breaking agreement that they deserve.”
The four-year agreement delivers significant gains, including substantial wage increases, overtime pay for weekend shifts, and expanded seniority protections. Members will also see improvements designed to support better work-life balance, with clearer scheduling standards and stronger workplace safeguards.
“We stayed united, and Dave Reeves and his team did an awesome job representing us at the bargaining table,” said Linda Mitchell, a steward and Local 767 member. “We are proud of this contract and proud to be Teamsters.”
Teamsters Local 767 continues to represent workers across 10 companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth region. More information is available at teamsters767.com.
