Frisco student arrested for making threats via Twitter

The Frisco Police Department issued a statement indicated they arrested a juvenile at Centennial High School because of threats he made via Twitter. According to the police, “he made a specific threat that potentially jeopardized the safety of the school environment.”

Authorities acknowledge they are not certain if he actually had the ability to carry out the threat, but officials believe the threat was serious enough to warrant the arrest.
