Irving Black Arts Council present Film Festival

Irving Black Arts Council will be hosting A Film Festival (Short Films) event. The event will feature short-take films produced by African-American filmmakers.

Movie lovers will get a chance to vote on their favorite short-film and talk backs by filmmakers will also be featured.

The event will be held at Irving Arts Center on July 13 starting at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for 10$ and on the day of the performance tickets will be $15.
