Looks like Dakota Johnson is interested in a little bit of “vice” herself when she stars in the film adaption of the popular Fifty Shades of Grey in 2014. Dakota is the daughter of Miami Vice star, Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith.

She will play the young heroine Anatasia Steele, but the actor to play her beloved Christian Grey has not been announced yet. Rumors suggest the role will go to Sons Of Anarchy‘s Charlie Hunnam, but there were denials. Not sure if they simply want to throw us off or not. But you can expect Universal Pictures and Focus Features to make an announcement soon. Any suggestions?

Read the full story on Variety where they share the tweets from the proud papa.

Are you glad the role went to a relatively unknown actress or would you prefer a bigger star?
