Carrollton Youth Basketball League signup begins Sept. 3

indexRegistration for Carrollton Youth Basketball will be held September 3 through October 4. The season runs from November 9, 2013 – February 1, 2014.

A Mini League for boys and girls ages 5 and 6 (as of September 1, 2013) is $80 per resident and $100 per non-resident and that registration fee includes practices, eight league games, a jersey and a participation trophy.

The Recreational League for boys and girls ages 7 through 14 (as of September 1, 2013) is $80 per resident and $100 per non-resident and that registration fee includes practices, eight league games, playoffs, jersey, playoff trophies, officials and scorekeeper services.

Teams are organized by a draft system based on age and school attended. Practices begin the week of October 28, but are not scheduled on school holidays.

Interested basketball players can register online at cityofcarrollton.com/signupnow, in person at Rosemeade Recreation Center (1330 E. Rosemeade Parkway) or Crosby Recreation Center (1610 E. Crosby Road).
