When it comes to Big Tex, I have no idea how someone so large could not be seen, but it appears a few have missed him.
Big Tex was last spotted visiting Victory Park and the Perot Museum. Then like so many other fans, Big Tex headed over to Dallas’ almost-year-old Klyde Warren Park. Rumor has it that on Monday he was checking out some of those famous food trucks. I wonder if he has a favorite one? Do you?
Big Tex will return to the great State Fair of Texas just in time for opening day on Sept. 27 when he will be unveiled at a 2 p.m. ceremony in Big Tex Circle.
