The below pictured suspect committed a BMV of an unmarked police vehicle on September 20, 2013, at approximately 2:44pm in the 5300 block of Samuell Blvd.
The suspect arrives at the location in a dark colored Chevy Impala with a spoiler. One suspect exits the Chevy Impala and enters the victim’s vehicle through the driver’s side and accesses the trunk removing an assault rifle, a police radio and assorted police equipment.
The suspect, a Black male, is wearing dark colored clothing and white shoes.
