Atmos utility crews are clearing natural gas lines in Frisco today

garage-storage-frisco-texasThis afternoon, Dec. 18, Atmos utility crews will be clearing (or flaring) a natural gas line located at 4th Army and Lebanon.  The flaring will begin at 3 p.m. and may last 2 – 4 hours. The flaring is related to the recent construction of a 20” gas transmission line in the area.

As a result, residents and passersby may see a large flame (or ‘flaring’) — and hear a loud noise.  Nearby residents may also smell some gas.  The flaring may be visible to people in The Colony and Little Elm.
