Lincoln Property Company selected to develop and lease Dallas Cowboys new Frisco headquarters

cowboysFRISCO – The development of the new World Headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys and the city multi-use event center in Frisco, Texas is moving forward with the announcement of key firms that will play major roles in the project. Heading that list are Lincoln Property Company, Gensler, Manhattan Construction, O’Brien Architects and Rex Real Estate. The project will be within a mixed-use development consisting of approximately 90 acres of land and will be located in Frisco at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and Dallas North Tollway.

The mixed-use development will be anchored by the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and a city multi-use event center. This publicly owned, multi-use event center will be used by the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School District (FISD) to host various activities, including athletic competitions, graduations and other special events and programs. The Cowboys Headquarters will become the new home to the Cowboy’s entire football operation, including administrative offices, coaches’ offices and the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. The partnership between the Dallas Cowboys and the City of Frisco and the FISD was announced in August of 2013.

The development will also have additional office buildings, lifestyle, retail and restaurant space, hotel and residential components which Lincoln Property Company will handle the marketing and leasing of once these elements are completed.
