On Thursday August 25 at 7 p.m., Dallas County Commissioner District 4, Dr. Elba Garcia will come to Irving to hold a meeting designed to thank supporters and provide an overview of recent matters handled by the Court, the issues and key projects she sees as important priorities. Dr. Garcia will also define the duties of a County Commissioner, spotlighting how she can help the constituents she represents.
