Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, Texas State Senator Royce West, Pastor Freddie Haynes, Friendship West Missionary Baptist Church, Pastor David Wilson, President of the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance and Cornerstone Baptist Church and Pastor Bryan Carter, President of African American Pastors Coalition and Concord Missionary Baptist Church will join supporters, friends and colleagues to show their appreciation to Dallas Police Chief David Brown on Friday, October 9, 2015 from 8:30 am to 9:30 a.m. at Gilleys, 1135 S. Lamar in Dallas.
Elected officials, community and business leaders will recognize his leadership and dedication to the Dallas community while overseeing the myriad of duties of his office.
Other speakers will include Jan Langbein, CEO Genesis Women’s Shelter, Pete Schenkel, former executive at Dean Foods, Alan Walne, Chairman of Herb’s Paint and Body, Rev. Lelious Johnson, St.Paul Baptist Church and Pastor Omar Jahwar, Kingdom War Church.
