FORT WORTH — Oscar Melsan, 31, most recently of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge John McBryde to 240 months in federal prison, following his plea earlier this year to one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute, announced U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas.
All 14 defendants in the conspiracy have been sentenced.
