Garland residents invited to 2016 Neighborhood Summit

Neighbors across the city are invited to learn ways to create a neighborhood they are proud to call home. Register today for the 14th Annual Neighborhood Summit, scheduled from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at Daugherty Elementary School, 500 W. Miller Road.
