CONTINUUM: College Fundraiser for Amatulla Rice

The Black Academy of Arts and Letters will host Continuum, a dance exhibition for Amatulla Rice among other local artists. Rice is a 2012 graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts-Dance and 2008 graduate of Africa-Care Academy.  The event will be on Friday, August 3 and Saturday, August 4 at 8 p.m. at The Black Academy of Arts and Letters.

The dance art will include Modern, Ballet, African, Hip-Hop and Jazz. This event will benefit Amatulla, who is raising funds to attend Howard University as Mathematics major.

Tickets are $10 if purchased in advance and $15 at the door. Tickets can be purchased at TBAAL’s Box office at 1309 Canton, by phone at 214.743.2400 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
