Dallas ISD Highlights Arts Showcase, Discover Schools Event, and Halloween Festivities

DALLAS — W.E. Greiner Exploratory Arts Academy will celebrate its heritage with a campus-wide arts showcase at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29.

The event will feature an art exhibition and performances from the school’s piano, dance, theatre, choir, band, orchestra, and mariachi academies, highlighting student creativity and cultural pride.

Families are also invited to Discover Dallas ISD on Saturday, Nov. 1, starting at 9 a.m. at the Automobile Building in Fair Park.

This event allows parents and students to explore the district’s choice, application-based, and Legacy Schools.

Attendees can meet school representatives and learn about programs including dual language, Montessori, magnet, STEM/STEAM, and International Baccalaureate.

Meanwhile, Halloween festivities are underway across Dallas ISD campuses. Students and staff are showcasing creative costumes, from storybook characters to clever wordplay outfits, celebrating imagination and school spirit.
