Wilmer Fire Department Receives $25,000 Donation from QTS Data Centers

WILMER, TX — The City of Wilmer recently received a $25,000 donation to the National Fire Council on behalf of the Wilmer Fire Department from QTS Data Centers.

QTS is recognized for its strong community involvement in Wilmer.

Mayor Sheila Petta stated, “This generous donation continues the QTS Data Center commitment to improving the communities in which they work.”

The funds will directly support the Wilmer Fire Department’s fire prevention programs, including educational props, costumes, banners, school supplies, and informational materials distributed throughout the community.

Fire remains a leading cause of injury and death nationwide, costing Americans billions annually.

The City of Wilmer and the Wilmer Fire Department expressed gratitude for QTS’s partnership and commitment to community safety.
