South College to Host Ribbon Cutting for New Dallas Campus

FARMERS BRANCH – South College, along with community leaders and partners, will host a ribbon cutting and celebration to mark the official opening of its new Dallas campus.

The event will take place Wednesday, Oct. 29, at 10:30 a.m. at 1507 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy. in Farmers Branch.

Farmers Branch Mayor Terry Lynne is expected to participate, along with other local officials and community representatives.

Following the ceremony, campus tours will be offered to attendees and media guests.

The Dallas campus features a dental clinic, assessment lab with exam rooms, and specialized labs for nursing, surgical technology, ultrasound, dental, and radiography. Students also have access to a computer lab and Student Resource Center equipped with study spaces.

The new location represents South College’s 11th campus nationwide, serving more than 18,000 students and celebrating over 20,000 graduates.

The college offers a range of programs including professional certificates, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, educational specialist, and doctoral degrees.
