It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year as Legacy West Becomes the Legacy West North Pole

PLANO Legacy West is spreading holiday magic by transforming into the Legacy West North Pole for the season, November 12 through January 5, 2026. Visitors can enjoy whimsical experiences including Santa’s sleigh, personal ornament collection, singing fountains, twinkling lights, magic mirrors, a menorah, and personal appearances by Santa for portraits with families and pets.

“We’ve been anxiously awaiting the Legacy West North Pole’s arrival,” said Legacy West Marketing Director Liz Gallagher. “It’s a wonderful tradition we are excited to share with the community for another year. We invite everyone to come make their holiday memories special and enjoy the festive magic.”

The North Pole experience includes Santa’s Sleigh, perfect for winter wonderland photos; Santa’s Ornament Collection, showcasing his personal ornaments; and the Fa La La Fountain, with hourly musical holiday shows. Guests can also snap selfies at the Naughty or Nice Mirrors, explore the Gingerbread Forest tree display, enjoy the Menorah display for Hanukkah from December 14–22, or visit the Whiskey Moon Wonderland for festive cocktails and bites. Legacy Hall hosts concerts and holiday events to complete the experience.

Seasonal events at the Legacy West North Pole include live holiday carolers on Black Friday, November 28, from 4–6 p.m., and professional photo sessions with Santa from December 5–7, 11 a.m.–3 p.m., with reservations required. Holiday Kids Crafting takes place December 7 and 14 from 1–4 p.m. at Santa’s Sleigh, and the Reindeer Run Club Holiday Bash 5K is scheduled for December 7 at 7:30 a.m., with registration recommended.

Other highlights include the Holly Jolly Drink Tour on December 11, Santa Paws pet photo sessions on December 14, and the Witty Elves Discovery Walk on December 20, which encourages children to explore outdoors and make crafts. Weekly events include the Holiday Music Series on Saturdays from 5–7 p.m. and Reindeer Run Club walks or runs on Sundays at 7:30 a.m. Most activities require pre-registration.

“We’re honored to be a part of your holiday memories,” Gallagher added. “Legacy West looks forward to sharing the best of the North Pole here in North Texas. Check legacywest.com/eventcalendar for updates and registration details for seasonal events.”
