The victim’s family members said 44-year-old Erbie Bowser opened fire at his girlfriend’s home in the 7100 block of Long Canyon Trail in southwest Dallas around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday.
He shot and killed his girlfriend, 43-year-old Toya Smith, and her daughter, 17-year-old Tasmia Allen. Smith’s 14-year-old son, Storm Malone, and a 17-year-old family friend were also shot. Their conditions are unknown.
