When did R&B go gangster?

We know you are probably laughing when you here hear the words R&B gangster.  We have an R&B thug, R. Kelly; an R&B hit man, Chris Brown but no gang banging in the world of love lyrics, booty grinding R&B.  We are still laughing that Lyfe Jennings and Raheem DeVaughn even had beef over space issues.

Seriously, Lyfe already did some time in jail for whatever reason and recently headed back for parole violation when he flashed out no his baby mama, now this dude starting ish with little bitty Raheem.  Too funny.  Here is what happened according to Bossip.com:

Yesterday afternoon, Lyfe Jennings hit the 103 Jamz studio in Norfolk, VA and called out Raheem Devaughn for supposedly mentioning his name. The DJ informed Lyfe that DeVaughn was in town, so Lyfe told DeVaughn to call up to the station so he could see what was up. Literally 10 minutes after Lyfe left the studio, Raheem Devaughn shows up with his entourage of about 6 guys at the station looking for Lyfe. At first, DeVaughn was hesitant about doing interviews because he wanted to “talk” to Lyfe face to face; however, he sat down and talked about the beef and how he reached out to Lyfe and wants to talk man to man.

Both artists had performances last night in Virginia Beach at two separate clubs. Supposedly after Lyfe’s performance, they were looking for Raheem’s people at the club Devaughn was performing at.

Oh the horror when rappers can’t even beef no more because the R&B dudes talking swings.  How that record gonna go?  Ooooo boy you know I will beat you up (in a falsetto).  Cut it out and get a life, Lyfe.
