Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program application deadline is Friday, Jan. 4

If you are a college student or know of a college student looking for a life altering opportunity, look no further because the Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program, sponsored by State Senator Royce West, is taking applications for the 2013 Class. The program, established in 1993, matches highly motivated college students from Senatorial District 23 with internships, mentors, character and skills building experiences, and community service projects/programs that will change their lives.

The Conrad Program is much more than “just a job.” If placed, the applicant will join more than 1,500 former interns who have been afforded the opportunity to secure paid employment in their respective majors. These young people have benefited from the invaluable opportunities presented through this program and so can you or someone you know. The process is highly COMPETITIVE.

The deadline for online applications for the 2013 Dr. Emmett J. Conrad Leadership Program is drawing near, Jan. 4, 2013. If you meet the criteria or know anyone who meets the criteria below and is looking for an internship for Summer 2013, visit www.conradleadership.com and to apply .
