Ariel Castro’s family mad they learned he was found dead via media reports

ariel-castroThe family of convicted rapist and murderer, Ariel Castro, are angry they discovered he was found dead via media reports. Castro, 52 years old, was convicted and sent to prison for life without parole for 1,000 years. He was serving his sentence at the Correctional Reception Center in Orient, Ohio, where Castro was found dead about 9:20 p.m.

“Castro’s brother-in-law, Juan Alicea, told CNN that the family was notified by the warden about 1 a.m. The family is angry, Alicea said, that it learned about the death from media reports first.
