Dallas Police officer arrested for drug paraphernalia possession

The Dallas Police Department released the following press release at 9:43 p.m.:

On Nov. 18, 2013, Dallas Police Senior Corporal James Wallace III, #8413, was arrested by the Grand Prairie Police Department for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Senior Corporal Wallace is assigned to the Northeast Patrol Division. An investigation will be conducted by the Department’s Internal Affairs Division. Senior Corporal Wallace has been placed on Administrative Leave.
