Miguel Solis joins Dallas ISD board of Trustees

DALLAS- The Dallas ISD Board of Trustees joined Dallas City Councilman Adam Medrano, District 2, as he swore in Miguel Solis as the district 8 trustee at the November Board Meeting. District 103 State Representative Rafael Anchia issued the Statement of Elected Officials for Solis.

Solis was elected in a special election on Nov. 5, to fill the board seat vacated by Medrano, who was elected to the Dallas City Council in May. Solis won 66 percent of the vote, defeating opponent Kristi Lara.
