Three African American female entrepreneurs appearing on Shark Tank Thursday night

(BlackNews.com) – Three women entrepreneurs, one a physician, one a registered nurse and an event planner who co-own the party planning company  Simply Panache will pitch their gourmet PARTY preserves to the Sharks on ABC’’s Shark Tank this Thursday, Dec. 26 at 8 p.m. Central.

The PARTY preserves, aptly named Mango Mango, can be used in over 100 ways including as a spread, mixing, shaking or stirring into a favorite recipe. Also can be used to sweeten tea, added to red wine vinegar and olive oil to make a mango vinaigrette and used as an ingredient with shrimp.

The mango preserves are sold in specialty and gourmet stores including Whole Foods in the mid-Atlantic region, they have been served in recipes at events in Virginia’s Governor’s mansion and soon will be featured on QVC.
