The advocacy group Children at Risk has issued a ranking of the school districts in North Texas. On the 2014 North Texas School District Rankings Irving ISD ranked fourth from last.  On the 2014 North Texas Large School District Rankings (districts with over 30,000 students) Frisco edged out Plano for the number one slot, and Irving ranked last with a grade rating of a D.
According to their website Children at Risk describes themselves as an organization that serves as a catalyst for change to improve the quality of life for children through strategic research, public policy analysis, education, collaboration and advocacy.

This ranking should serve as a WAKE UP CALL to all people in Irving that cares about our kids at risk in the IISD. IT IS GOING TO TAKE MONEY. Let us pray God will direct all who care about these children to find the money needed to help the IISD HELP THESE CHILDREN AT RISK !
I hope you suspend the ignorant teachers that could not look to a young engineers creativity over their own racist fears. The teachers involved with one of your students being handcuffed and detained should be suspended without pay for three days if Ahmed is being suspended for being a geeky kid for three days also.
I just saw the video about the Kid who was arrested for building a clock
Your school policy SUCKS and so do some of your teachers
Common sense has left your school, and the police, not much brighter either They must have gone to the same school, one must assume.
No child left behind way the go TEXAS
