Dallas Bar hosting transportation forum on August 7

The public is invited to a forum titled Connecting Dallas Beyond the Automobile:  A Roadmap of Transportation Options in Dallas on Thursday, August 7 at noon hosted by the Dallas Bar Association.

The one-hour discussion will cover economic, environmental, energy and transportation issues and options facing our city. Distinguished panelists are: Dr. Ashley Haire, Bicycle Coordinator, City of Dallas; Leandre Johns, Dallas General Manager, Uber; Patrick Kennedy, Co-founder of A New Dallas and Partner, Space Between Design Studio (Landscape and Urban Design); Gary Thomas, President/Executive Director, DART; and Hon. Margaret Keliher, Executive Director, Texas Business for Clean Air will serve as moderator.

The program will be held at the Pavilion at the Belo Mansion, 2101 Ross Avenue in downtown Dallas (garage parking available; enter from Olive Street). The event is free.
