Unrest growing again so Illinois Governor declares state of emergency in Ferguson

Governor Jay Nixon has issued a call declaring a state of emergency in Ferguson. While it appeared things were calming down after Capt. Ron Johnson was put in charge on Thursday.

But when the police chief held a press conference on Friday that many considered confusing and laying the groundwork for a cover-up, the unrest resurfaced.
