Dennis Scott is new spokesman for start-up Shavewise

Shavewise, a startup focused on the $3.6 billion U.S. men’s grooming market (Statista), recently announced its first celebrity sponsorship deal with TV host, radio analyst and former NBA sharpshooter Dennis “3D” Scott.

The company, claims to offer the most effective shaving system for men who suffer from shaving irritation, identified Scott as the ideal person to promote the Shavewise brand. The believe it is because he understands the transformative confidence a man gains when he is well-groomed. That feeling starts with a clean-shaven face.

Dennis Scott is an NBA legend and current TV and Radio Analyst for Turner Sports (NBA-TV) and TNT. He spent the majority of his 10-year NBA career with the Orlando Magic, earning All-Rookie Team honors and helping the team win an Eastern Conference Championship. Scott held the NBA’s record for the most three-pointers made in a season with 267 for nine years. He spent time with Orlando, Phoenix, Dallas, New York, Minnesota and the former Vancouver Grizzlies franchise. Scott also hosts a late-night show on 790, called “3-D’s After Dark,” and is the former General Manager of the American Basketball Association’s Atlanta Vision.
