Texas AFL-CIO Scholarship accepting applications until Feb. 2

scholarships-signBecause Jan. 31 falls on a Saturday, this year’s postmark deadline for applicants for the Texas AFL-CIO Scholarship Program is Monday, Feb. 2. That’s just a few short days away.

High school seniors whose parents or legal guardians are affiliated union members (or, as occasionally happens, high school seniors who are themselves affiliated union members) can compete for one of the $1,000 scholarships by going to this link and following the instructions.
