Silver Alert: Irving woman missing

Elizabeth Ann Palmer 1The Irving Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for missing senior citizen who suffers from dementia. Elizabeth Ann Parker was last seen at 11 p.m. last night at 817 Beacon Hill Drive, walking on foot. She was described as wearing a black dress wth a brown shawl and high heels.

Ms. Palmer is a 66-year-old African American weighing about 120 pounds and she is about 5’4″ tall with salt and pepper hair color and brown eyes.
