Once again Ethan Couch, now 22 years-old,  finds himself in the headlines, this time he reportedly was arrested for testing positive for THC which is a violation of his probation.

Couch and his family first gained their 15 minutes of fame in 2013 when he was convicted for the intoxication manslaughter which resulted in the death of four and injuries to nine others. Using the ‘affluenza’ defense, he received 10 years probation. But then he and his mother skipped town and were eventually captured in Mexico, they fought extradition but lost and he served two years in jail.

Earlier this year, a judge removed the ankle monitor Couch was required to wear which monitored his location and alcohol usage.

THC is the active ingredient in marijuana.

Tarrant County Sheriff spokesperson David McClelland has indicated Couch is in custody and no bond has been set yet.
