COLLIN COUNTY, TX — Collin College invites students, faculty, and community members to participate in “Resilience: Lunch and Learn”, taking place from 11 a.m. to Noon at the Technical Campus, Kone Conference Center, B106.

This special session is designed to help participants develop resilience, emotional strength, and mindfulness, equipping them to manage stress and maintain focus in today’s fast-paced personal and professional environments.

The program begins with a brief introduction on the importance of resilience in modern life. Attendees will engage in guided activities such as gratitude journaling, exercises to improve mental focus, and mindfulness techniques paired with deep breathing exercises to reduce stress and enhance clarity.

These practical strategies aim to empower participants to navigate challenges more effectively, foster positivity, and cultivate emotional well-being in both work and personal life.
