Leif Vollebekk Launches Largest Headlining Tour Following New Release with AURORA

DALLAS — Acclaimed Canadian singer-songwriter Leif Vollebekk is embarking on his largest headlining tour yet.

Vollebekk recently released a new version of “Southern Star”, featuring award-winning Norwegian artist AURORA. The track is tied to his forthcoming short film of the same name, starring both artists.

Earlier this year, Vollebekk sold out his biggest Australian tour, joined Mumford & Sons on their Railroad Revival Tour, and supported Gregory Alan Isakov at Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

He also performed across Europe with Jacob Collier, appeared at Nashville’s You Got Gold John Prine tribute, and is slated for Noah Kahan’s Out Of The Blue Festival in early 2026.

His song “Moondog” recently charted on Shazam’s Top 10 in Canada and Australia, #13 in the UK, #15 in the U.S., and #35 globally, after being featured in Netflix’s hit series Untamed.

Vollebekk’s latest album, Revelation, recorded at Sunset Sound and Dreamland, Woodstock, has been praised for its spiritual and cinematic sound.

The album blends narrative lyrics, one-take vocals. With lush arrangements, drawing inspiration from Jung’s I Ching and the science of alchemy.

Self-produced, Vollebekk performed piano, guitar, bass, B3 organ, harmonica, accordion, and Moog synthesizer. Alongside collaborators Jim Keltner (drums), Cindy Cashdollar (steel guitar), and Shahzad Ismaily (bass).

Additional vocals by Angie McMahon and Anaïs Mitchell. The album was mixed by Tchad Blake and mastered by Greg Calbi.
