PorkRinds.com, the nation’s top destination for pork rind lovers, has named Ahmaad Moses, senior safety for the Southern Methodist University Mustangs, as the “Crunch Time Hero of the Week” for Week 10. The recognition follows Moses’ dramatic overtime interception that sealed SMU’s upset victory over the highly ranked Miami Hurricanes.
The Arlington native’s standout play not only lifted his team to victory but also helps raise awareness for an important cause. Through a partnership between PorkRinds.com and the Archer Foundation, each fan who shares Moses’ “Crunch Time Hero” post on Instagram (@porkrindsdotcom) between Nov. 6 and Nov. 20 will trigger a $1 donation to the Dallas-based nonprofit. The Archer Foundation supports families affected by Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), an aggressive form of pediatric brain cancer.
Fans are also invited to help Moses earn the ultimate honor — the “Crunch Time Hero of the Year” Award. At the end of the campaign, the player whose post receives the most shares during their two-week window will take home the top prize: a year’s supply of pork rinds, an exclusive PorkRinds.com trophy, and the chance to represent the brand at Radio Row ahead of the biggest football game of 2026 in San Francisco.

“Ahmaad’s clutch play embodies what the Crunch Time Hero campaign is all about — making big plays when it matters most and using that platform to help others,” said a spokesperson for PorkRinds.com. “We’re proud to team up with him and the Archer Foundation to turn that moment into meaningful impact.”
The “Crunch Time Hero of the Week” campaign runs through Nov. 28, with weekly honorees celebrated on PorkRinds.com and across social media. Fans can follow the action, share posts to support donations, and track the competition for “Hero of the Year” honors at PorkRinds.com and @porkrindsdotcom on Instagram.
