Dallas Zoo Lights Hosts Free Community Night

The Dallas Zoo will honor federal workers with a free community night. The event will run during Dallas Zoo Lights on November 18. The zoo created this night to thank workers for service and patience. Staff also hope to ease stress after the recent shutdown.

Federal workers may reserve six free tickets online. Guests must show valid federal ID at entry. The offer allows families to enjoy lights without cost. Community Night also offers the lowest public price this season. General admission costs twelve dollars for all other guests.

The event will run in three timed waves. Entry begins at five thirty in the evening. Later times include six thirty and seven thirty. Parking will remain free for zoo members. Non-members will pay fourteen dollars for parking. The Zoo For All table will offer membership details onsite.

Guests can explore the full Dallas Zoo Lights experience. Staff will not run extra programs that evening. The zoo wants a simple and festive night for every visitor.

Federal workers, neighbors, and partners may attend. The zoo invites families to enjoy bright displays and holiday cheer together.
