Fish City Grill and Half Shells, popular for fresh seafood and welcoming atmospheres, announced new menu items. The additions feature bold seafood dishes and elevated classics. Guests can enjoy them for lunch, dinner, or whenever cravings strike. However, the new items highlight the restaurants’ commitment to quality and flavor.
Leading the new offerings are the Oyster Nachos, served on crisp, housemade chips. However, the Chargrilled Oysters return with a choice of Cajun Butter or Garlic-Herb Butter. The Smoked Trout Dip, served with housemade Old Bay Chips, completes the appetizer lineup. These dishes showcase the restaurants’ creativity and fresh ingredients.
The new Raw Bar menu includes Ahi Tuna Tartare with avocado, cucumber, green onion, sesame seeds, tataki sauce, and avocado wasabi aioli. However, it is served with crispy wontons for a satisfying crunch. Guests can also enjoy Fish City Grill and Half Shells’ Mystic Mermaid Oysters. These items cater to raw seafood enthusiasts.

For heartier options, the Omega Bowl features grilled salmon with miso-chili butter, avocado, cucumber, radish, cabbage slaw, rice, and sweet potatoes. However, the Havarti-Cheddar Mac & Cheese with crispy breadcrumbs offers a rich and comforting side dish. Lighter options include the Caesar Salad with romaine, croutons, and shaved Parmesan, with grilled chicken, salmon, or shrimp available.
The favorites section includes the Grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass with chimichurri, garlic-herb potatoes, and sautéed green beans. However, the Grilled Texas Redfish & Shrimp delivers a flavorful coastal classic. These entrées emphasize the high-quality seafood and bold flavors Fish City Grill and Half Shells are known for.
The new menu items are available now at all participating locations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. However, pricing may vary by location. Guests are encouraged to visit Allen, Burleson, Dallas, Flower Mound, Mansfield, Prosper, Richardson, Waxahachie, and Half Shells in Plano and Snider Plaza.
