Vigil planned for tonight, funeral on Friday for 3 Irving children killed in auto accident

Three Irving ISD students were tragically killed this week following an accident when their car stalled in the left lane of westbound I-30. The school district has shared information regarding a vigil planned Wednesday, Jan. 30 from 4 – 5 p.m. at Lamar Middle School. Also the funeral service for the three children this Friday at 1 p.m., location not provided yet.

Also a memorial fund was established for 13 year-old Diana, 12 year-old Maria del Refugio and 6 year-old Jesus Gonzalez.  The two girls died on Sunday at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth; Jesus passed away on Monday. Their 10 year-old sister Maria de Jesus remains in critical condition at Cook Children’s.
