Cheerleading Championship held in Frisco

FRISCO – Cheering and chanting in unison went hand-in-hand with incredible stunts, flashy dancing, extreme tricking and tumbling, and sportsmanship at the Amazing Cheer Championship competition and exhibition last weekend at the Dr Pepper Arena in Frisco. The Hollywood-style event focused on uniting competitive teamwork with community service for boys and girls ages 5 to 20.

Amazing! became a vision in the summer of 2011 after realizing there was not an end of the year that allowed all divisions to attend an All-Star, Game Rec School and Dance. The goal is to present an event that is the Academy Awards of the cheer and dance industry with a light show.
