The far more impressive statistic would be finding out how many people of that 48,000 actually knew what they were signing.
Parents, students, educators, and taxpayers of DISD deserve quality public schools they can be proud of, not a rush-job Home Rule push that could potentially leave more of our kids left struggling in the classroom.
