Parade details: Street and line up at 7:30 a.m. at MLK and Lamar. The Parade will begin promptly at 10 a.m. and proceed down MLK Blvd. to Fair Park. The MLK festival doors will open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Tower Building in Fair Park
