SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (Aug. 22, 2015) Hospitalman Jahte Fields, from Dallas, Texas, assigned to Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Va., gives water to a patient at a medical site established at Parque del Este in support of Continuing Promise 2015.
